7. Subscription & Billing

TaxInvoo offers subscription plans billed monthly or yearly. Pricing and features vary by plan.

Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You are responsible for applicable taxes, including GST, where required.

8. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after billing. If required by law, refunds will be processed per applicable legal obligations.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• Uploading malware, malicious code, or harmful scripts.

We process and store account and business data to deliver features such as invoicing, reporting, and compliance support.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Scheduled maintenance, third-party failures, internet issues, or force majeure events may affect service access.
